Makemyrobo.com provides services including but not limited to: • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) • UiPath Development • API Integration Services • Customer Service Automation • Database Automation • Data Entry Automation • Email Automation • Invoice Processing Automation • Workflow Automation • AI Chatbot Development • Web Application Development • Mobile Application Development • Business Process Consulting • Custom Software Development • Technical Support Services The scope of each project shall be defined through proposals, quotations, contracts, statements of work (SOW), or written agreements.

The Client agrees to: Provide Accurate Information Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for project execution. Timely Cooperation Provide timely feedback, approvals, credentials, access permissions, and required documentation. Authorized Access Ensure that all systems, applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services provided for integration are legally owned or authorized for use. Compliance Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Security Maintain the confidentiality and security of credentials, passwords, and access information provided to them. Failure to provide required information or approvals may impact project timelines and delivery schedules.

All quotations, proposals, and estimates: • Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. • Are based on information available at the time of estimation. • May be revised if project scope changes. • Do not include work outside the agreed scope. Additional requirements requested after project approval may result in additional charges.

Any request outside the agreed scope shall be treated as a Change Request. Standard Payment Structure Unless otherwise agreed: • 50% advance payment before project commencement • Remaining payment before final deployment or delivery For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply. Taxes All applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged separately where required by law. Late Payments Late payments may result in: • Suspension of services • Delayed project delivery • Withholding of deliverables • Additional administrative charges

Due to the nature of digital services: Non-Refundable Services The following are generally non-refundable: • Consulting services • Development services • Automation implementation • Custom software projects • Configuration services • Technical support services Exceptional Cases Refund requests may be considered only if: • No work has commenced • The project is cancelled by Makemyrobo.com • Required by applicable law Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to process.

Client-Owned Materials The Client retains ownership of: • Business data • Existing software • Existing trademarks • Existing documentation • Proprietary business processes Makemyrobo.com-Owned Assets Makemyrobo.com retains ownership of: • Frameworks • Internal tools • Reusable components • Templates • Libraries • Methodologies • Know-how Project Deliverables Ownership of final deliverables shall transfer to the Client only after full payment of all applicable fees unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding: • Business information • Technical information • Financial information • Customer data • Internal documentation • Project-related materials Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law. This obligation survives project completion.

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted availability • Error-free operation • Continuous uptime • Compatibility with all systems Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen circumstances may affect availability.

Support services are provided according to the agreed support plan. Unless otherwise specified: Support Includes • Bug fixes • Technical assistance • Minor configuration support Support Excludes • New feature development • Major workflow redesign • Third-party issues • Scope expansion Additional services may be billed separately.

Services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Either party may terminate services: • By mutual agreement • For material breach • For non-payment • For unlawful activities Upon termination: • Outstanding fees become immediately due. • Work completed up to the termination date shall be billable. • Access to services may be revoked.

Makemyrobo.com shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including: • Natural disasters • Floods • Fire • Power outages • Cyberattacks • Government actions • Internet disruptions • Labor disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
